Editorial methodology
How this material is produced
Every page in the Knowledge Center is written to answer one question, reviewed before publication, dated, and scheduled for re-review. Where we do not have evidence for a claim, we do not publish the claim.
What we publish
The Knowledge Center covers business automation, system integration and applied AI from an operator's perspective. Each page states its primary question at the top and answers it in the first paragraph, before any context. That structure is deliberate: it serves a reader in a hurry and it is the form an answer engine can quote accurately.
Sourcing and evidence
We publish three kinds of statement, and we distinguish between them. Definitions and structural explanations describe how systems work and are stable over time. Judgments reflect how Suora approaches this work and are written as such. Claims about outcomes are made only where we can state what was measured, over what period, and against what baseline.
We do not publish industry-average statistics, benchmark tables, ROI multipliers or survey figures that we cannot attribute to a source a reader can check. Where an unnamed figure would make a page more persuasive, that is precisely when it is left out.
Review and freshness
Every page carries a published date, a last-updated date and a next-review date. Reviews are scheduled rather than reactive, because material about AI capability dates faster than material about process design. When a page is reviewed and remains accurate, the review date changes and the updated date does not.
Attribution
Pages are currently attributed to Suora Editorial, an organizational identity. Named individual authors will be published once Suora supplies roles and verifiable credentials. We do not invent author biographies, degrees, certifications or years of experience to satisfy an expertise signal.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, incomplete or out of date, write to support@suora.ai. Corrections to substance are made in place and reflected in the last-updated date.
Commercial relationship
Suora sells automation and growth-system implementation, so this material is not neutral in the sense that a trade body's would be. It is written to be accurate and useful whether or not a reader ever contacts us, and it names the situations where automation is the wrong answer as readily as those where it is the right one.
